Toasted Sesame and Honey Milkshake | TENDING the TABLEWe’re heading out for a few days in the wilderness but I wanted to share this milkshake recipe with you before we go off the grid because it’s the best thing EVER! I know this is what I’ll be craving after a few days of trail mix, ramen and Annie’s mac and cheese. Well, this and a big salad. Enjoy!

Serves 2


1 pint vanilla coconut milk ice cream

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons tahini

6 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup coconut milk


Blend all ingredients until smooth.

*This recipe makes a thick milkshake, best eaten with a spoon. If you like your milkshakes thinner and more slurp-able add more milk or a little water.
